Process customer orders with SAP, Excel, and solid communication skills at Basalite Concrete Products-Vancouver, ULC in an office-based setting. Support product inquiries by phone, electronically, and face to face.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer concerns, requests, and product-service inquiries under general supervision. The work includes order processing, dispatch support, marketing materials, inventory activities, and coordination with Outside Sales Teams. Basalite manufactures concrete products including structural block, paving stones, retaining wall systems, garden products, and bagged dry mixes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders and change-orders in SAP
- Take phone orders promptly and courteously




- Perform dispatch duties and provide backup dispatch coverage
- Support samples, catalogs, information requests, and marketing inventory
- Coordinate customer requests with Outside Sales Teams

Requirements:

- High school education or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and computer skills
- SAP experience and marketing skills are assets
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
