This Winter 2027 co-op supports Lindt Canada’s Accounts Payable team from January through April. You will process invoices, manage indirect expenses, and address vendor inquiries. The work involves SAP, Basware, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration with finance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
- Match third-party co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices
- Process indirect expenses using Basware
- Reconcile statements and handle accounts payable inquiries
- Collaborate with finance and supply planning teams

Requirements:

- Current finance or accounting co-op student
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
- Intermediate Excel, including VLookup and Pivot Tables
- Solid organization, detail, and analytical skills
