We are seeking a Senior Cloud Dev Ops Engineer to join the Cloud Operations organization. This role is responsible for the reliability, scalability, automation, and continuous improvement of IAM cloud infrastructure and platforms across AWS and GCP, with a strong focus on automation, observability, and AI-assisted operations (AIOps).Essential Functions / Key Areas of ResponsibilityCloud Operations & Reliability EngineeringOperate and support production-grade, highly available IAM cloud servicesEnsure availability, performance, resilience, and security of platformsParticipate in L2/L3 incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviewsTake part in a 24/7 follow-the-sun on-call rotationDrive continuous improvements to operational stability and service qualityDev Ops, Automation & Infrastructure as CodeDesign, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using TerraformBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab)Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based platforms (EKS, GKE, Open Shift)Automate provisioning, deployment, validation, and rollback processesReview Dev Ops code to ensure quality, security, and consistencyObservability & AIOps InitiativesImplement monitoring, logging,
