Build therapeutic relationships while preserving patient dignity and privacy. Develop care plans, provide nursing services, and communicate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing services in person and virtually

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
