MLT Aikins seeks an experienced paralegal for its Regina real estate team. The work includes transactional documents, conveyancing, due diligence searches, and financing documentation. You will support client and transactional deadlines while maintaining communications with clients, brokers, and other counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare real estate transactional and conveyance documents
- Conduct public office and additional due diligence searches
- Draft due diligence summary reports and mortgage reports
- Submit documents and plans for Property Registry filing
- Maintain closing schedules and manage incoming and outgoing funds

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited legal program
- Experience with residential or commercial real estate is an asset
- Strong document drafting and proofreading attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
