This placement is for Winter 2027.
Position: Accounts Payable Co-opCompensation: approx. $43k-45k, 37.5 hrs per weekWork

Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in matching Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAPAssist with matching 3rd party co-pack invoices, labor and packaging invoices in SAPAssist with processing indirect expenses in BaswareHandle small AP portfolio attending to statement reconciliation, handling AP vendor inquiriesCollaborate and work cross functionally with the Accounts Payable Team, Intercompany factories,
Supply Planning and Packaging teamAdditional Administrative tasks upon requestQualifications:Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting co-operative program or within 6 months of recently graduating.
Basic knowledge of Accounting PrinciplesBe familiar with transacting in foreign currenciesAble to work independently, multi-task and in collaboration with others to meet strict and occasionally moving deadlinesAccounts Payable experience considered an assetIntermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tablesStrong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skillsTo apply, please submit your application by October 30th, 2026.
