The Shop Supervisor oversees shop foremen and personnel across daily operations. This role coordinates production volume, cost, quality, schedules, and delivery dates. It also manages workforce levels, equipment upkeep, rebar inventory, customer requirements, and compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shop safety programs, investigations, and regulatory compliance
Direct foremen and personnel on production schedules and quality
Manage staffing levels, work hours, and required overtime
Maintain rebar inventory and order reinforcing bars
Ensure machinery,



equipment, and facilities receive proper maintenance

Requirements:
Five to eight years of reinforcing steel fabrication experience
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
Basic knowledge of business, labour relations, and cost accounting
Ability to prioritize, communicate, motivate, supervise, and plan
Mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, and employee relations skills
