Synergy Projects Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Construction Foreman for its Edmonton team. You will coordinate site activities, supervise employees and subcontractors, and help achieve project schedules. The work includes general construction, design-build, construction management, and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
Supervise carpenters, apprentices, and labourers
Coordinate assignments, deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
Monitor productivity, progress, reports, and site records




Maintain OH&S; compliance and quality control requirements

Requirements:
Journeyman Carpenter, Red Seal, trade diploma, or equivalent experience
Commercial construction Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent experience
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Valid driver's license, transportation, WHMIS 2015, and CSTS 2020
