As a Medical Laboratory Assistant, you will work under general supervision at Shared Health - Virden Health Centre. The position supports sample triaging, accessioning, specimen processing, and basic routine procedures under established protocols. You will also follow departmental policies and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Triage, accession, and process laboratory specimens
Perform phlebotomies according to departmental policy
Complete basic routine procedures under established protocols
Maintain a secure laboratory workplace

Requirements:
Completed Grade 12 or Manitoba equivalent
Medical Laboratory Assistant program completion preferred
Previous related experience preferred
