Support the University of Lethbridge Faculty of Health Sciences through reception, scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination. Work full time in a continuing position in Lethbridge.

This Executive and Administrative Support position serves as the Dean’s Office first point of contact. You will provide comprehensive support to the Dean’s Office and academic staff, while managing information, events, suppliers, stakeholders, and committees. The role also contributes to faculty communications through social media and graphic materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide front desk reception and respond to general inquiries
Process documents, manage files, and schedule appointments
Manage databases, listservs, room bookings, and special events
Liaise with suppliers, stakeholders,



and administrative committees
Update social media and create branded communication materials

Requirements:
Availability for a full time, continuing position
Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support
Ability to manage databases, listservs, files, and schedules
Ability to support communications and basic graphic materials
Ability to follow Faculty and University branding guidelines
