This temporary Labeling department position supports production for Nortera, North America's ready-to-cook vegetable reference. You will maintain case-packer operation, verify packaged canned-goods quantities, and identify production codes and dates. The work supports Nortera products and brands, including Arctic Gardens and Del Monte.
Key Responsibilities:
Adjust equipment and complete independent line maintenance tours
Report anomalies or problems to supervisors and mechanics
Install plastic packaging rolls and supply packing boxes
Verify canned-goods quantities,
codes, dates, and packaging
Remove unlabeled, damaged, or poorly packaged cans and cases
Requirements:
Read, write, count, and demonstrate valuable visual ability
Communicate easily and work effectively within a team
Maintain equipment cadence while working effectively under pressure
Have valuable physical condition and lift 52-pound loads
