Key Responsibilities:
Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements
Understand enterprise applications, configurations, functionalities, and system interactions
Identify automation and optimisation prospects and assess proposed changes
Collaborate with business teams, specialists, and vendors on integrated solutions




Document processes, business rules, data requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technology or information field
Five to eight years of relevant IT business analysis experience
Experience with ERP, POS, OMS, WMS, CRM, HR, or financial systems
Understanding of application design, configuration, integration, validation, and deployment
French and English communication skills, verbally and in writing
