This Personal Support Worker prospect provides in-home care within Nurse Next Door’s Happier Aging philosophy. The work includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and care-plan execution. You will use dementia strategies, maintain safety, and document client support accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
Execute client care plans outlined by the Care Designer
Use dementia strategies to prompt and redirect ADLs
Meet client safety needs and use equipment properly
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:
PSW certification and one year caregiving experience
Experience supporting clients with dementia
Fluent spoken and written English communication
Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
Valid driver’s license required
