Serve residents with patience and respect as a Casual Dining Room Server, using food service experience and secure food handling knowledge. Support scheduled meals in the dining room.

This position serves residents while observing special diet restrictions and personal preferences. It requires professional service, tact with residents and families, and awareness of physical and mental challenges. Daily work includes meal service, table preparation, dishwashing, guest coordination, and facility safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive residents in the dining room at scheduled meal times
Serve meals according to diets, preferences, and procedures
Prepare tables and transparent dining areas after service
Operate the dishwasher and complete manual ware washing
Track food comments and communicate through department logs

Requirements:
Food service experience, preferably serving seniors
Willingness and ability to learn
Ability to lift heavy objects and walk short distances
Ability to tolerate heat from the kitchen area
Familiarity with WHMIS and protected food handling
