You will provide personalized daily living support, build trusted relationships, and communicate resident care changes. Electronic health record documentation supports continuity across the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Support ambulatory needs and personal hygiene activities
Provide companionship and nutritional support to residents
Deliver personalized, resident centric services with compassion
Document completed tasks on electronic health records




Communicate changing resident care needs to clinical leads

Requirements:
Personal Support Worker certification or internationally educated nursing credentials
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
Robust written, oral, organizational, and time management skills
Teamwork, customer service, respect, and relationship building abilities
