Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Canadian Tire’s Store Design & Renewal portfolio in Toronto, with campus work four days weekly.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Store Design, Concept Renewal, Fixture Procurement, POP Line Review, and In-store Marketing. You will manage project financials, explain performance drivers, identify risks, and support investment decisions. The role reports to the AVP.

Key Responsibilities:
Support annual budgets and in-year reforecasting activities
Manage month-end processes, accruals, and financial controls
Analyze budget, forecast, and actual variances
Track project budgets, commitments, invoices, and forecasts




Translate financial data into actionable business insights

Requirements:
Three to six years of progressive finance experience
Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting experience
Advanced Excel skills and financial systems experience
Robust accounting principles and reporting standards knowledge
Experience partnering with non-finance teams and senior stakeholders

Apply financial analysis, project tracking, and business partnership skills to improve visibility across Canadian Tire’s Store Design & Renewal programs.
