This Freight Team Associate position focuses on stocking shelves, packing merchandise, and maintaining an accessible sales floor. You will organize overheads, merchandise promotions, and communicate with freight teammates. Customer service includes greeting, engaging, thanking shoppers, and asking project questions when required. Equipment may include reach trucks, forklifts, and order picker machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve full availability
Pack out and pack down merchandise as directed
Organize overheads and merchandise recent promotions
Keep aisles clean,



accessible, and visually appealing
Move freight safely using appropriate equipment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years retail or distribution experience is an asset
Interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to climb ladders up to sixteen feet
Flexibility for overnight, evening, and weekend shifts
