As Assistant General Manager, you will support the restaurant team while taking direction from Senior Management. You will train employees, set expectations, manage inventory, and address customer concerns. The role also includes opening and closing independently, reconciling cash deposits, placing orders, and understanding food costing.

Train and coach the team to provide absolute service

Requirements:
Minimum two to three years leading a team
Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask
Ability to maintain composure in rapid paced settings
