Owner Relations Technology is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead its Implementation team. You will oversee pre-sale and post-sale activities, provide technical guidance, and contribute directly when needed. The work includes customer requirements, project scope, timelines, risks, data preparation, configuration, and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementations from pre-sale planning through launch and Support handoff
Manage, coach, train, and support the Implementation team
Review requirements, scope, timelines, risks, and configuration needs




Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and customer escalations
Improve processes, documentation, templates, and customer experience

Requirements:
Five or more years in SaaS implementation or related work
Experience supporting web-based software platforms and onboarding
Solid Microsoft Excel and large-dataset proficiency
Experience with CSV, flat files, data validation, and SQL
Robust English communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
