As Assistant Department Manager, Photo Lab, you will assist the Department Manager with staff direction and departmental standards. Assist the Department Manager with directing department staff

Requirements:
Minimum one year of retail management experience preferred
Current performance review indicating readiness for promotion
Completed mandatory management training courses
Extensive technical, mechanical, and digital photofinishing knowledge
Robust supervisory, delegation, leadership, and communication skills
