You will lead investigations into structural performance issues, execute testing programs, and mentor emerging specialists. This hands-on position offers significant impact through solving real-world challenges in existing and current projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead investigations on cladding, roofing, and glazing performance
Plan and execute building enclosure testing programs




Conduct thermal analysis to inform design decisions
Review design submissions to ensure enclosure performance
Support projects from design through to commissioningRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Building Science Engineering
12+ years of building enclosure engineering experience
5+ years in leadership roles
P. Eng. in Ontario preferred
