The Role

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — scheduling jobs, handling inquiries, and making sure every client has a excellent experience from the first call to the completed job.

What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from new and existing customers
Schedule and dispatch service appointments for our plumbing technicians
Provide accurate quotes and job information to customers
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and service history




Handle complaints professionally and elevate when necessary
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a trades/home services environment is an asset
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic computer tools (email, scheduling software, Google Workspace, etc.)
A positive, team-oriented attitude
