As a Registered Nurse Clinical Practice Lead, you will contribute to patient care and qualified nursing practice under a Manager or designate. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to patient care delivery and skilled nursing practice
Assess and develop clinical practice across nursing activities
Provide clinical consultation and coordinate patient care




Support quality improvement and other leadership activities
Guide and supervise unit staff when required

Requirements:
Registration as a practicing RN or RPN with BCCNM
Five years of recent related experience or equivalent preparation
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to organize priorities and work independently
Knowledge of legislation, policies, and clinical standards
