Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations as a Procurement Manager in a hybrid role, working four days onsite in Toronto or Mississauga.

This experienced Procurement Manager will independently manage enterprise-wide procurement engagements across the full lifecycle. The work includes business intake, sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Privacy, Security, Compliance, and Risk teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead procurement engagements from intake through executed agreements
- Develop RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations
- Negotiate pricing, service levels, risks, and contractual terms
- Manage concurrent initiatives while meeting delivery timelines




- Ensure procurement policy and governance compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Eight-plus years in procurement, sourcing, and contract management
- Eight-plus years leading end-to-end procurement engagements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
