Support job seekers in Whitby through individualized employment preparation, job coaching, and workplace accommodation services at META Employment Services. This full time role is on-site.

As an Employment Caseworker, you will help people experiencing disabilities or other employment barriers build confidence and achieve employment goals. You will provide client-centred coaching, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with employers and the employment services team. This one-year fixed-term contract may be extended or become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify client strengths, skills, goals, and success strategies
- Provide resumes, applications, mock interviews, and coaching
- Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workplace transitions




- Develop accommodation and employment retention strategies
- Maintain client records, case notes, and employer follow-ups

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Minimum two years supporting disability or employment barriers
- Knowledge of employment services and government programs
- Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation
