The Nurse Practitioner will utilize their expertise in medical terminology, medication administration, and patient assessment to improve health outcomes for diverse patient populations.This role is ideal for a NP participating in the Alberta NPPCP program, who wants to be autonomous in building their panel, schedule and optimizing work life balance, while being part of a NP led for support, communication, and clinical support.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinationsDiagnose illnesses and develop individualized treatment plansPrescribe medications and monitor treatment efficacyManage acute and chronic conditions such as pain, dementia, and other complex health issuesProvide patient education on health management,
