Support Fringe Theatre seasons through organized arts administration, contract coordination, grant reporting, and communication in Edmonton. Variable hours generally follow Monday to Friday.

The Season Producer works closely with the Artistic Director across Fringe produced events, presentations, workshops, and festival activities. This permanent position suits someone with at least two years of arts administration experience. Theatre producing experience, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication support the work. You will manage deadlines, budgets, relationships, and administrative processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate artistic operations supporting season excellence and efficiency
- Create contracts and coordinate artistic contract payments




- Support grant administration with reporting and sales information
- Provide production communication and regular departmental updates
- Maintain records, policies, procedures, and controls

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of arts administration experience
- Producing experience in theatre or performative arts considered an asset
- Robust written, verbal communication, and proofreading skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and Excel spreadsheet experience
- Organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
