As Backroom Team Lead, you will oversee daily department operations while reporting to the Retail Manager. You will supervise team members, delegate assignments, train standard operating procedures, and support Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s customer service. The role also includes administrative work and store support when business needs require it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise department team members with the Retail Manager
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Train procedures and correct process deviations
- Complete department administrative tasks
- Assist other store areas when needed

Requirements:

- Two or more years’ supervisory experience preferred
- Sales or service environment experience preferred
- Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use judgment and logic
