You will distribute workload, resolve production difficulties, monitor tasks, and support continuous improvement. The position combines office work with factory-floor presence and direct production-team contact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guarantee occupational health and safety compliance
- Analyze workload and distribute tasks within the team
- Serve as technical authority for teams and departments




- Resolve technical difficulties during production operations
- Participate actively in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

- High School Diploma and Structural Assembly ASP, or equivalent
- Two to five years of production experience
- Knowledge of structure assembly and systems installation
- Blueprint reading and aeronautical technical language mastery
- French-English bilingualism is an asset
