Donalda Club seeks one full-time Bartender available from November 9th, 2026. You will deliver dining and beverage experiences in a private club setting. The position involves wines, spirits, beers, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, guest requests, and P.O.S. transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mix, shake, stir, and pour beverages accurately
- Stock glassware, ice, garnishes, snacks, and beverages
- Keep bar and dining areas clean, secure, welcoming
- Record sales and assist with bar inventory
- Open and close the bar efficiently

Requirements:

- Two to three years of bartending experience
- Strong wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol
- Flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
