As Team Lead, BPC System, you supervise Accounting Business Support Analysts while designing, building, and supporting Consolidation and Planning BPC modules. You connect Accounting and Information Systems through hands-on system work. The position requires analytical problem-solving, staff mentoring, coordination, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of Consolidation and Planning processes
Guide customers through complex financial transaction representation
Ensure Consolidation and Planning system reliability
Respond to external auditor accounting and reporting queries




Mentor junior Accounting Business Support team members

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or information systems
Minimum 10 years of progressive related experience
Superior SAP BPC and SAP EPM skills
Knowledge of SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Group Reporting
Solid Excel, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
