Investment selection and portfolio strategy remain with the investment decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee finance, compliance, and investment operations Prepare reporting, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models Coordinate tax planning, filings, payments, and adviser relationships Manage banking, liquidity, foreign exchange,



and financing arrangements Provide oversight for real estate investments and development projects Requirements:

CPA designation or equivalent and business or finance degree Big Four or comparable accounting firm training At least five years of post-qualification industry experience Investment management, wealth management, real estate, or related experience Solid reporting, modelling, analytical, and stakeholder relationship skills Bring CPA leadership, investment operations expertise, and financial modelling strength to a broad Head of Finance mandate in Toronto.
