As a Sales Associate, you will engage customers through the selling model, anticipate needs, and recommend products and services. You will handle transactions, support merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, protected environment. The role also includes addressing complex customer situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas
Set and achieve sales and margin goals with leaders
Handle POS and shipping transactions using marketing tools
Support planograms, signage standards,
merchandising, and stocking
Maintain clean, secure, functional store and demonstration units
Requirements:
Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Ability to maintain Health & Safety policies
