U-Haul seeks Customer Service Representatives in Etobicoke to assist customers, manage rentals, and inspect equipment using smartphone-based U-Scan technology.

This part time position supports customers inside and outside the U-Haul center. You will explain products and services, dispatch and return equipment, and participate in ongoing U-Haul University education. On-the-job education is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology
Clean, inspect, and check equipment fluid levels
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Participate in ongoing U-Haul education

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Ability to work around moving machinery and chemicals
Willingness to use required protective gear
