This senior civil engineering role supports municipal and private sector infrastructure projects throughout the region. You will apply traffic engineering principles, develop drainage solutions, coordinate disciplines, and guide junior engineers. The work includes designs, investigations, standards compliance, and stakeholder liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead road network geometric design and intersection analysis
Design drainage, culverts, and flood mitigation systems
Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Conduct feasibility studies and project site investigations
Coordinate designs with stakeholders and engineering disciplines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
At least seven years' roads and stormwater experience
Qualified Engineer registration with ECSA
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HEC-RAS
Knowledge of South African standards and regulations
Bring registered engineering expertise, traffic knowledge, and stormwater design capability to major Northern Cape infrastructure projects.
