Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests while anticipating and addressing their service needs
Book reservations and coordinate guest registration
Process cash and credit card transactions using registers




Answer phone calls and emails, delivering messages as needed
Resolve or escalate guest concerns and operational issues

Requirements:
Previous guest services experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills demonstrated consistently
Verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
