As a Stockperson / Cartpusher, you collect carts, assist customers, and support Customer Service and registers. The role includes carry outs, carry ins, receipt verification, and accurate logs. You also help maintain facilities and follow equipment, chemical handling, disposal, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect carts from corrals, parking lots, and store perimeter
Return carts safely to designated storage areas
Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
Respond to register and Customer Service requests
Complete required logs and equipment inspections accurately
Requirements:
Must be age 16 or older
Ability to follow Walmart approved procedures and safety protocols
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to use required personal protective equipment
Bring cart collection, customer assistance, and safety-focused service to Walmart's Winnipeg store while supporting smooth daily operations.
