Represent Coach through brand style and service standards
Build client relationships using personalized styling and fashion advice
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations
Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
Process transactions, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
Requirements:
One or more years of sales experience
Luxury retail, fashion trends, and competitor knowledge preferred
POS operation and basic computer proficiency
Solid English proficiency and clienteling skills
Adaptable schedule and ability to lift at least 25 pounds
