The Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer creates and maintains complex digital solutions across design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Required knowledge includes HCM modules, PeopleSoft development tools, Fluid UI development, security, workflow, and Oracle database administration. Testing support is also part of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build solutions with Application Designer and PeopleCode
- Develop using Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
- Work with SQR and BI Publisher development tools
- Support Fluid navigation, tiles, dashboards, and Activity Guides
- Provide unit, integration, and user acceptance testing support

Requirements:

- Experience delivering complex solutions throughout the SDLC
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft ERP and process automation
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM business modules
- Familiarity with role-based security and Fluid UI development
- Knowledge of Oracle database management systems
