This supervisor monitors Casino operations, assets, staff, and guests under the Surveillance Manager or designate. You will lead Surveillance Operators, preserve confidential evidence, and prepare reports supporting legal matters. Solid communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain awareness of gaming operations throughout daily surveillance
- Monitor and report violations, unauthorized access, and cash transactions
- Store records securely for evidence purposes
- Monitor Surveillance facilities and equipment conditions
- Ensure policies,



regulations, and health directives are followed

Requirements:

- Strong leadership, analytical, and observational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Reliable, diligent, and highly integrous work approach
- Availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
