In this Senior Accountant position, you will support operational evolution through accounting, reporting, and system enhancements. You will report directly to senior finance leadership while collaborating with leaders throughout the organization. The work includes modeling, reconciliations, controls, and ongoing reporting improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvement and reporting enhancement opportunities
- Support system improvements across finance activities
- Analyze accounts and complete month-end reconciliations
- Assist cash flow planning and ad hoc financial modeling
- Provide financial guidance for business initiatives
Requirements:
- CPA designation completed or in progress
- Three-plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills with robust analytical ability
- Adaptability across competing priorities and evolving work
