This full time, permanent position supports PPI patients, pharmacists, and the COO from Richmond Hill, Ontario. You will guide HCP-referred leads through enrollment, explain sample collection and turnaround times, and coordinate clinical consultations. The work combines patient service, documentation, shipment tracking, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients on test value and encourage participation
Guide referred patients through enrollment and reimbursement documentation
Answer shipment, sample collection, and turnaround inquiries




Verify consent forms before laboratory processing
Coordinate pharmacist consultations and patient report delivery

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Pharmacy Technician Diploma
Two to three years in a patient-facing healthcare role
Qualified telephone and email communication skills
Comfort using CRM tools, SharePoint, and patient portals
Commitment to HIPAA/PIPEDA privacy and sensitive information handling
