Own compliance advisory across card marketing and onboarding
Conduct root-cause analysis for compliance issues
Review marketing and UX for regulatory compliance
Partner with Legal and Risk for audits and exams
Maintain and enhance compliance training materialsRequirements:
8+ years in compliance advisory in financial services
Deep knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Solid communication skills for presenting complex issues
