Stantec’s Western Canadian Power Delivery team seeks Project Engineers to join their efforts on high voltage AC and DC substations across North America. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers to manage project scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary teams, developing design plans, and overseeing technical documentation to support successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs with Project Managers
• Identify and mitigate project technical risks
• Lead collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Develop design strategies and technical documentation
• Conduct site visits for project verification and support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Qualified Engineer registration in BC or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
