This Financial Analyst role supports data accuracy, financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making. You will analyze inventory adjustments, prepare reports, maintain stock ledger accuracy, and provide recommendations. The position also offers exposure to budgeting, process improvements, audit support, retail accounting, and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, forecast, analyze, and report inventory adjustments
Prepare financial, budget, and ad hoc reports
Maintain TJX Canada’s inventory stock ledger accuracy




Complete journal entries and General Ledger reconciliations
Support year-end inventory counts and audits

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related fields
At least two years of financial analysis experience
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Knowledge of inventory accounting and data analytics
Robust Excel, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
