Manage daily operations and equipment usage at the mine
Ensure the training and competence of all shift workers




Oversee safety compliance and report issues to management
Organize shifts, crews, and conduct planning meetings
Prepare and submit incident reports appropriatelyRequirements:
5+ years of experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
Valid Underground Shift Supervisors Ticket necessary
Solid leadership and supervisory background
Must have a current Drivers Licence
