As Shermco Canada’s Field Scheduling Coordinator, you will support field service operations through organized administrative coordination. Maintain technician schedules, process approved changes, and communicate with Field Service Managers across Canada. Your work supports workforce planning, resource visibility, and consistent scheduling practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain current technician schedules in Salesforce Field Service
Enter and verify project, assignment, and scheduling information
Process changes approved by Field Service Managers
Identify conflicts, gaps,



and overdue scheduling updates
Prepare scheduling reports for operational leaders

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous scheduling, dispatch, or workforce coordination experience
Salesforce or Salesforce Field Service experience strongly preferred
Robust accurate data-entry and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
