As a Cellar Worker, you will clean fermentation and conditioning tanks between brews. You will collaborate with brewing and packaging teams to maintain equipment cleanliness, quality, and consistency. The position suits candidates with brewery or similar production experience and knowledge of sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize fermentation and conditioning tanks thoroughly
Maintain pumps, hoses, fittings, and cellar equipment
Report major equipment issues to designated brewery leaders




Record activities according to standard operating procedures
Prepare tanks for each brewing cycle

Requirements:
Previous brewery or similar production workplace experience
Experience with tank cleaning and cellar operations
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures
Robust attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop
