Lead construction project oversight for U-Haul in Vancouver, coordinating budgets, schedules, specifications, and regulatory compliance across assigned locations.

As an Owner's Representative, you will review and monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects under an appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant. The work includes planning activities, reviewing project documents, supporting contractor selection, and identifying renovation cost savings. Prior U-Haul experience and three to five years of construction or repair shop experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project phases, budgets, schedules, and company specifications
Plan and coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance activities
Review drawings, manuals, addendums,



bids, and proposals
Prepare bid requests, contracts, and estimates
Ensure permits, training, PPE, and regulations are followed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Prior U-Haul experience is required
Three to five years construction or repair experience
Ability to operate forklifts with training
OSHA certification preferred

Bring project coordination, construction oversight, and compliance experience to U-Haul's assigned Vancouver locations and facilities.
