Serve U-Haul customers through equipment inspections and rental technology while supporting journeys from inside and outside the center. On-the-job education is provided.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent U-Haul’s service while assisting customers with products and services. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology, prepare invoices, and accept returned equipment. The work also includes maintaining equipment and answering customer questions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology
Clean and inspect equipment, including fluid levels
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Educate customers about products and services

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Readiness to work around moving parts, fumes, and chemicals
Ability to use required protective clothing or gear
